Juan went above and beyond on my new addition. Juan came in and completed my project after the original contractor failed to complete the work. He added a rear deck on the addition that was required for a Certificate of Occupancy and he worked with the town to get all the outstanding inspections closed out. He's very easy to work with and extremely patient. I will be using him for all future projects.

Juan and his team were really professional! Whoever the previous homeowner got to install the windows did it incorrectly - they did not fully remove the old frames installing on top of it and they also did not seal it properly causing slight water damage. Juan went above and beyond to remediate the issues and made sure the damages were cleaned and sealed up. The windows kept the house warm all winter with no issues! Juan was really responsive and was transparent throughout the whole process. The team paid attention to details and the capping was done beautifully. I highly recommend them!
