Jason from JPS was quickly responsive, immediately identified the problem with my treadmill, ordered the parts that I had under warranty, and fixed my treadmill without any hiccups. I highly recommend him.

My F80 treadmill was about 7 years old and was catching/halting when I ran. I tried lubricating, re setting the belt tightening and calibrating on my own.. but then it started throwing E2 error codes. I reached out over text and they got my info and recommended a belt replacement. He was very responsive, once parts arrived we had an appointment scheduled the same week. The belt replacement was great, I’ve noticed afterward that not only am I landing smoother on the belt, but a given speed setting feels a little faster. 7.6mph feels like what about 7.9 or 8.0 used to. So the treadmill isn’t having to work as hard to hit higher speeds. Also obviously no more errors since the repair, he made sure the belt was exactly aligned too. Overall very happy!

I sent Jason a text inquiring about a disassembly, and reassembly for our Landice treadmill. He was extremely responsive and incorporated some welcomed maintenance for the unit as part of his service fee. He is knowledgeable, hardworking, and fair. JPS will now be our service provider for any and all future work on exercise equipment. Thanks Jason!

On time, knew exactly what needed to be back up and working. Parts supplier was only wait. Got the part and I was up an using the equipment quickly. Also, tweaked my treadmill that was shutting down amend would run a few days and stop. He lubed the track and I have had no issues since. Recommended and fair pricing. Just goes out of his way to make sure its all good.
