Several years ago, I decided to switch my business insurance to JPI. I had been accustomed to other insurance agencies selling me a policy and then going quiet except for the automatic annual renewal letter I received. I was pleasantly surprised when I received regular "check-ins" from JPI to see how my business was going plus an annual face-to-face meeting to review my policy! It was evident they truly cared about my business! After seeing that level of service, I switched all my insurance needs - business and personal - to JPI.
