Our first opportunity to have an actual local representative for our car and house insurance. We were with another carrier for over 25 years and although there wasn't a negative event that caused us to switch, the mere fact that we were with the other carrier that long and the only "perk" was being moved to the front of the phone waiting list. I can only remember a handful of times that a review was offered, but no warning of an increase either. Tanya Weaver with JPI has been nothing short of attentive, engaged and pleasant to deal with, and the best "perk" so far in 1 week of service, is she is local and I can drive to see her or ask any questions. I went with Erie Insurance and with the same combined car and house policy, I lowered my annual premium by almost $600, and increased coverage. Time will tell as to the actual result, but if the initial meetings we had are any indication of results,I'll be pleased. And Rachel in the front office is an incredible first impression of the Team. She is a great conversational person and fun to chat with. Here's to a great next 25 years. Yikes I doubt I'll be driving then.

Tanya at JPI insurance is awesome! I recently felt my insurance prices were too high and started shopping around. You guys are rock stars! Case in point, when I had a chip in my company car's windshield recently, your team (Khan specifically) made the calls and found I qualified for a repair versus a total replacement, saving me $100 deductible. When I mentioned this to one of my friends they were shocked because their agency doesn't even offer windshield policies as part of the normal coverage and they had to pay over $1000, the full price for a replacement! Thank heavens for Erie and for JPI!

I dealt with a friendly, NON-PUSHY insurance agent. They also have amazing rates, fast service, and a local office I can visit. I have already recommended them to other small business owners, and will continue to do so!

Several years ago, I decided to switch my business insurance to JPI. I had been accustomed to other insurance agencies selling me a policy and then going quiet except for the automatic annual renewal letter I received. I was pleasantly surprised when I received regular "check-ins" from JPI to see how my business was going plus an annual face-to-face meeting to review my policy! It was evident they truly cared about my business! After seeing that level of service, I switched all my insurance needs - business and personal - to JPI. They continue to provide a very high level of personal service and do so with the utmost integrity! I never knew what I had been missing until I became a client of JPI!
