Jim installed a tile backsplash in our kitchen. His work is impeccable. He provided a reasonable estimate, scheduled the work right away, showed up on time, kept things tidy, and finished on time. Jim with JP Tile is absolutely the best! He’s incredibly skilled and professional! I’ve never been so pleased! He is talented and uses an artistic approach, nothing gets past him! He did an inset of mercury glass & marble mosaic tile behind our stove and not only is it a show stopper in our kitchen but the attention to detail at his craft is remarkable! He also repaired a drain in our dog washing station that had been hacked by our handyman & now it looks flawless! Magnificent! We can’t wait to hire him for our bathroom remodel! I’ll start by, thanking Jim for a beautiful wonderful job on my bathroom tile. It is absolutely a dream. Jim came in and saved me , I had a previous contractor come and just do a horrible job on the tile , it was falling out cracking and it was very uneven when you walked on it it made a crunching sound ,It was a nightmare, the energy in my bathroom. I didn’t even wanna be in it. When Jim came in and did tile he was so professional, amazing to work with ,very quiet to himself ,just did his job ,answered any questions I had ,He took A lot of pride in his work and it came out so beautiful. His energy is beyond amazing, and I would recommend him every single job to every single person. The craftsmanship and his tile is just spot on.

Jim completed a floor job for us. His flooring expertise is as spectacular as his tile work. We went from Black marble flooring to this bright and welcoming flooring. Jim was great with scheduling us in and communication about everything. He even fixed my door on his way out, that we were told needed replacing. Would recommend JP tile for tile or flooring needs. Will continue to use for any other project that come up.

Jim retiled my shower and did an awesome job! Less than two years ago I had my bathroom remodeled. That contractor evidently does not know how to set tile. It leaked and was a disaster. I am so happy with the work Jim did. He was professional and courteous and he knows how to tile! I now have a functional shower that looks beautiful!

AMAZING! Those were our first words at the end of the first day, 6 months later that’s still the way we feel. The overall job quality is amazing. We had worked with the various tile shops in the valley, Floors by this or so and so flooring and found we weren’t making headway on tiling our mudroom area, kitchen, pantry, main entrance and hallways. Seemed like the tiles we did like were out of inventory, not right or questionable for this applications. Additionally finding a tiller was not going well, surprisingly we were told, "it too big of a job, there’s too many cuts or I don’t know how to do it?" Then we found JP tilling, Jim came and looked at our job and said more or less “no problem, its just a big time-consuming project". Jim also offered advice on how to do the mosaics we wanted, what type of tile would be best. He spent 6 days completing the project, using craftsmen skills and proper techniques to achieve a flat beautiful pleasing result. The mosaics came out great and the under-floor heating is pleasing to the feet. JP Tilling is the guy you want to do your project, I suggest talking with Jim and having him look at it before you start, it may save you a lot of time and frustration.

Jim was so wonderful to work with. He was initially only going to repair our shower floor, but discovered far larger issues when he got started. He offered us multiple options and never pressured us to do more than we needed to. We really appreciated his integrity and how closely he paid attention to details. He provided explanations for everything he needed to do, and gave us recommendations on the best types of tile to pick for our needs. Jim was great at keeping in touch and providing gentle reminders for when we needed to purchase materials, which was so appreciated! His work is beautiful, and he paid attention to keep our home clean while he was working. He even cleaned up once he finished each day. I wouldn't want anyone else to do tile work in our home! We had a kitchen remodel this year with new granite countertops and this week JP Tile LLc installed the backsplash tile. Jim did an exquisite work. He is very knowledgeable, talented and his work ethic is beyond reproach. Jason braved the not so friendly Wisconsin October weather, in the driveway, cutting tile with surgical precision.
