I had my first visit at JP Dental, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The entire team was warm, welcoming, and highly professional, which immediately eased my anxiety about being in a new dental office. I saw Erica, the dental hygienist, and she was absolutely amazing. Her interpersonal and communication skills were excellent—she explained every step clearly, made sure I understood what was happening, and created a truly safe and calming environment. Erica was gentle and attentive, checking in with me throughout the cleaning to make sure I was comfortable. She paid close attention to detail and ensured the process was thorough yet painless. I felt no discomfort during or after the cleaning, which speaks to both her skill and her approach. I also met Dr. Chung, who was kind, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. He took the time to explain my dental care plan, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood everything without rushing me. Overall, the team at JP Dental exceeded my expectations. My hygienist, Maria, is wonderful—so thorough, gentle, and kind. She made my cleaning such a comfortable experience. Afterward, I spoke with Dr. Park and Gianella about getting crowns or veneers for my front teeth, and they were absolutely amazing. They took the time to walk me through every step, explained all my options clearly, and made sure I had all the information I needed to make the best decision for me. Dr. Chung and the team gave great service! I had my wisdom teeth extraction done here and they were super accommodating when I had to move my appointment. Their post-op care was also very helpful.

First off, ashley was AMAZING. Very sweet girl and made sure i was comfortable for my xrays. Dr. Chung was also wonderful he was very attentive and you can tell the caring they put into each patient. Also something I noticed was how sterile and thorough he was. He used a brand new pack of instruments and I highly appreciated that. The whole team is kind, understanding and patient. You don’t feel rushed. I will certainly be back, Thank You JP!!

I have nothing but great things to day about JP Dental. I found them through a friend who had a great experience with them. I can confidently say that all the staff is amazing and incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. They took their time with me and explained each step of the process with patience and understanding. The doctors were very pleasant, especially Dr. Park. She was incredible and very professional. I spoke with Gianella as well, who assisted the procedure, and she was very kind and eager to answer all my questions. I would definitely recommend this place and I am definitely coming back!

I was in serious pain and found them online- close by AND in-network! I requested an appointment and got a same-day slot (so grateful because I know that can’t always be the case!) The staff (administrative and clinical) as well as the doctor, were incredibly kind, quick, and professional. Came back the next day for a wisdom tooth extraction - painless and smooth. Dr. Park always made sure I was comfortable and never in pain throughout my entire treatment. The whole staff is attentive and truly cares about their patients. Everyone at JP Dental is very friendly and accomodating. They respect some people have more sensitivite gums and take their time and are gentle. They clearly explain all treatments they recommend. I highly recommend them. My teenage son also doesnt mind going and always feels comfortable and respected.

I found this practice through my insurance and I am so grateful to ALL the staff at JP dental! After not having insurance for a few years, I knew I needed a bit more work done. They are very flexible with scheduling and we're able to reach out when they had openings that worked with my schedule. They made sure I was comfortable and doing OK during my cleaning and my fillings, and as a person that has had some negative experiences with dental offices, the extra care meant a lot to me!
