Firstly, as noted in previous reviews, communication with the staff can be challenging, which may lead to misunderstandings. Improving this aspect could enhance the overall customer experience.
Additionally, the payment process can be confusing. While they claim to accept benefits, some insurance companies do not recognize them, stating they don’t meet required standards. It’s also unusual that Joy Spa charges an additional fee for the insurance receipt. When we inquired about benefit acceptance, we were assured it wouldn’t be an issue, so clearer communication in this area would be beneficial.
I recommend checking with your insurance provider beforehand and clearly communicating your needs to avoid any confusion.
