⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ As a golf cart owner myself, I can confidently say Joyride absolutely crushed it for our family vacation in Jacksonville. We rented one of their six-seater carts for me, my wife, and our three kids, and it was hands down one of the coolest parts of our trip. I booked last minute for a two-day rental, and they were in touch with me within minutes. That kind of responsiveness matters. Now, full transparency — things didn’t go exactly as planned. Our original cart couldn’t be delivered, which was disappointing at first. But here’s the thing: as a small business owner myself, I know stuff happens. What separates a good company from a great one is how they handle it. These guys handled it perfectly. They quickly found us another cart just a few blocks away for pickup. We also had a small miscommunication about charging overnight, but they immediately jumped in, got us a charger, walked me through everything step-by-step, and made sure we had a full battery for the next day. Nothing was a dealbreaker — in fact, the way they handled everything made me respect them even more. They even gave us extra time with the cart, which worked out perfectly with our extended stay. If you’re looking for a golf cart rental in Jacksonville, don’t overthink it. Joy Ride is the move. Five stars. Highly recommend.

Joy Ride knocked it out of the park on this one. Not only did we get a state of the art golf cart, but the delivery, service, and communication were impeccable. Our family had a blast riding around town. The golf cart was clean and appeared brand new, it even had apple carplay to play our favorite music. 10/10 recommend renting from Joyride! I have rented Joyride golf carts several times and have not been disappointed. Staff are friendly, responsive, and accommodating. The golf carts are clean and can sit up to 6 people, so they're great for getting out and having a good time with friends and family!

Highly recommend !!! They went above and beyond with our golf cart rental. The golf cart was delivered to us at the hotel we were staying at and they also picked it up at the end of our stay. I was able to communicate with them via text our entire rental. The cart was great for sightseeing around town. We will definitely rent from them again !!! These guys are great!!!! Fantastic experience would highly recommend renting golf carts from joyride. If you’re in that area carts were great clean well maintained Bluetooth. They were awesome and John and the team were fantastic. Called us back and worked their schedule on ours and make sure they could pick up and deliver when we were available, it was fantastic. We will rent again and I would highly recommend it. Five stars for sure

We rented a golf cart from Joy Ride Jax Beach while staying in an Airbnb for the weekend in Jacksonville. The owners were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the carts were perfect for getting around town and heading to the beach.
