We rented one of their six-seater carts for me, my wife, and our three kids, and it was hands down one of the coolest parts of our trip. I booked last minute for a two-day rental, and they were in touch with me within minutes. That kind of responsiveness matters. Now, full transparency — things didn’t go exactly as planned. Our original cart couldn’t be delivered, which was disappointing at first. But here’s the thing: as a small business owner myself, I know stuff happens. What separates a good company from a great one is how they handle it. These guys handled it perfectly. They quickly found us another cart just a few blocks away for pickup.
