My name is Josie Carin. I am a qualified and accredited naturopath and yes – I live with migraine too! I thought migraine was something that had to just be “put up with” or that I would I need to rely on medication. It wasn’t until I really started to educate myself about migraine, I discovered that there were a whole heap of strategies and healing approaches that did not involve taking medication.
And so I began a journey of diving in deeply and educating myself to gain control over my own migraine. And then I began to specialise in migraine in my clinic to help women to learn to thrive with migraine.
