Called to get a gas burner fixed on Tuesday late afternoon and technician arrived at 10:30 AM on Wednesday and had the problem fixed in five minutes! Super responsive and great customer service by Andrew! Thank you, Josh! I highly recommend them!

Issues with my GE Dbl oven. Andrew(Service advisor) did a great job. Analyzed the issue , identified the problem. Part order out in 2 days replaced in 15 minutes. Courteous and professional. Very fair, reasonable pricing.

They were quick, and very reliable. Even worked with me on some awkward scheduling issues that i had on a weekend. Josh immediately diagnosed my problem and ordered the parts. My only gripe was the price, it seemed steep but i wanted to get it done quickly and he helped there. We all know services like these generally cost a lot. And the price is the only thing preventing me from giving 5 stars. I will still probably call them for future appliance repairs. Everything was straightforward and i appreciate that when dealing with trades.

Josh's Appliance Repair provides EXCELLENT customer service. My oven repair did NOT work out, and I am still COMPLETELY satisfied with the SERVICE I received. This repair was for my personal home, but I am also a residential property manager, and I have worked with lots of vendors on rental homes. Many times, when a repair does not fix the issue, the vendor either ghosts you, or throws their hands in the air and gets defensive about it. Josh's Appliance Repair did NOT do this. Josh and Jason worked with me and continued to troubleshoot and tried to resolve the issue. They showed that they genuinely care about their customers. I STRONGLY encourage you to use them for your next appliance repair!

When I contacted Josh's they were able to come out that day and diagnose the problem. A part was ordered, arrived quickly and it was installed even quicker. Would definitely call again, also the technician (Ernesto)that came out had to be the most polite young guy I've ever met.

I reached out this morning due to issues with my oven not heating, received an appt time for this afternoon. Ernesto arrived timely and was incredibly professional and polite. He explained everything to me before and after he did anything. Ultimately he could not determine any issue but assured me our service charge covers us for 7 days in case we end up needing repair. I can already tell this company does quality work and will definitely call again for any appliance issue.

We reported an issue with our dryer on a Sunday night with Josh’s repair. They were able to get us scheduled the very next day at 10 AM. Ernesto and his colleague were extremely professional and informative about what was going on with our dryer and had it fixed in no time. I would highly recommend Josh’s Repair and we will be using them in the future for any other appliance repairs.

I had been putting off my appliance repairs because my husband was going to take care of it. But I decided to call and get it done. Josh was able to get both technicians out at the same time. So only one house call. They brought the parts and completed the repairs in one visit. The technicians were on time, polite, left everything clean and working. I will call on them again but hopefully it will be a referral to one of my friends.

I'm sharing my nightmare experience with Joshua Appliance Repair. They came to fix my washing machine, and the repair lasted only two weeks. When we called them back, they came out and gave a completely different diagnosis that was four times more expensive than the first. We told them we would think about it and contact them if we were interested, which we weren't. Unbelievably, they sent me a text message invoice for the visit. I don't use text messages often, so I didn't see it. Twenty-eight days later, they sent another message with a bill for $3,000, which included a huge late fee, and threatened to put a lien on my house if I didn't pay immediately. The texts I had with Joshua was incredibly aggressive. I explained him my situation and asked him to reconsider, but he was completely blunt and said I had to pay or he would put a lien on my property. I was so stressed and scared, as I'm not familiar with Texas laws. I had to hire a lawyer to advise me. Ultimately, after I let Joshua know that I had lawyer, and would be better negotiate instead of going to the court, I had to pay Joshua company a total of $450 just for the second visit, whis was a lot. This whole ordeal cost me over $800 in total, including the initial repair, the negotiated fee, and the lawyer's fees. It was a nightmare of stress and financial loss.

Service was awesome he was professional and quick fount the root of the problem we were having with the dryer right away and fixed it. If we have any other issues with appliances we will be using you guys in the future. Thank you
