We were already following Josh Alexander for his many local tips and news, so when it came time to search for a bigger house we knew Josh should be the first person we should talk to in helping find our next home while staying in Yorba Linda. With his advice and insights, he gave us a good idea of what to expect in the current Yorba Linda housing market. We truly felt he was getting to know us as people to help us find a home fit for us. Josh’s communication is also excellent, he is professional and also very friendly and personable. He knows exactly when and how often to check-in, catch up, or share updates as we looked at listings. With an offer in, we felt confident that Josh had our best interest in mind and we feel like we got the best value in the negotiation process. There was a lot of back and forth, a lot of paperwork and signatures, but Josh always took the time to explain everything so we fully understood. The home buying process is never easy, but Josh and his team kept everything very organized, communicating when each step was ready and when it needed to be completed by. Going beyond the home buying process, Josh also shared his personal contacts with various local trades for any inspections, repairs, or other work we were looking into either during or after escrow. By the end of it, we truly felt like we got the best value we could have from purchasing the home and are extremely excited to move-in! Yrs of vacillating about moving, I called my son's realtor "Josh". I was adamant; no sign, nothing online, complete discretion. We agreed to one Sat., 12-4 w a low starting price. I found Josh based on reviews from Google search. After reading through a lot reviews I decided to give him a call. The decision didn't disappoint me. Josh did a great job! He's simply amazing in all aspects. To list a few: 1. Josh understands the market well and he never pushes or shows any sign of rushing us into anything. 2. He has the right focus in this business that benefits his clients: his knowledge and the know-how in each and every step of the process, not into driving a fancy car etc. to influence clients. 3. He values and focuses on his work and long term business relationship with his clients. 4. Josh is also meticulous and very thorough with his work. When it comes to selling and buying properties, there are many agents out there but great ones are few and far in between. I have to say Josh definitely is a top real estate agent. If I buy another property I'll definitely ask for his help again.
