Recent Redfin.com headline which is completely accurate from what I’m seeing to start the year. Inventory started the year at the lowest level ever in Orange County and interest rates are rising making buyers that have been sitting on the fence jump into the market to take advantage of the rates before they go any higher. All this is leading to a white hot housing market to start 2022
