Commercial building transformation
We recently completed a commercial repaint that completely modernized this property. The original brick was a dated burnt orange red that had faded over time. Our client wanted a fresh, clean look that would brighten the façade and elevate curb appeal. We gave this building a full facelift by painting the brick a sleek, timeless white that now looks refined and professional.
For this project we offered two coating systems, Sherwin Williams Loxon XP and Romabio Classico Limewash. Loxon XP is a flexible, breathable acrylic masonry coating that provides excellent protection against wind-driven rain, mildew, and fading. It is a durable and affordable option for commercial projects that need long-term performance. Romabio, on the other hand, is a premium mineral-based finish made from natural lime and marble. It calcifies into the masonry, creating a breathable, low-maintenance surface backed by a 20-year manufacturer warranty.
