Great 1st time experience! Went in to drop off item thinking it would take a few days however my repair was completed within the hour. It’s the same day service for me. Would definitely recommend and looking forward to using them in the future😎

I had a wonderful experience. I’m so glad I chose to go here for my alterations. They had it done way faster than I expected with a good price. And they were very nice the whole time. I’m definitely going to suggest people come here if they need any alterations.

I love Jospeh’s tailoring. They did a wonderful job on my formal and I picked it up the next day. Great price for the alterations. My daughter needed her formal tailored also, and she had more alterations done to her dress than mine. The dress was ready the same day for pick up. Great job!!! Highly recommend them.

This was my first time taking anything to Joseph’s, but it won’t be my last. They were willing to make small changes until I was satisfied, and I couldn’t be happier. The craftsmanship is really good. They standby their work. The customer service is exceptional. They communicate better with their customers than any place I’ve ever been.

These experts were very welcoming and ensured me my dress would be ready within a few days, which is phenomenal compared to the weeks-months long wait of some places. They even offered me a drink. Once I tried the dress on, they knew immediately what to do, marked it quickly, and completed the repairs. I received a text it was done the day before it was expected to be ready. They asked me to try on the dress when I returned, and even though I didn't, they assured me all work is guaranteed. I did try it on once I got home and it was perfect. I couldn't have asked for a better experience from first phone call all the way to picking up the dress. Highly recommend!

As someone who has never really worn suits, this place was a perfect place to bring a suit that I purchased for my mothers funeral. Given the circumstances, they were able to get alterations and preferred adjustments completed in a timely manner for a very reasonable price.
