Ive been a loyal customer because the workmanship is usually strong and the staff is courteous, even with premium pricing. But since they’ve gotten busier, the service feels less attentive to long-time clients. I had a zipper replaced and later had the same issue. When i originally got the zipper replaced, I thought it was pretty expensive, but felt satisfied that when I was ready to wear the garment again, it would be ready to wear. I went to try the garment on today while packing and the “replaced zipper” pulled in the exact same place as it did previously. I had my doubts that the zipper was actually replaced originally, and they found a way to repair it and pull a fast one on me, I was proven correct when this happened today. I was told there was a long-term guarantee, but when I returned, I was told the warranty was only one month and was asked to pay again. Despite my history with the shop (the owner pulled my history while I was there and I actually have times in progress currently), including during staffing issues, no goodwill or compromise was offered. That was disappointing and felt dismissive. This is not something I’d make up as a loyal customer. The owner knows he’s had much staff turnover and there was a chance I could’ve been given misinformation. He didn’t care didn’t make eye contact and looked passed me into the parking lot as we were talking.

Joseph’s Tailoring is hands down my go-to every time. They do a phenomenal job—consistently. The staff is always friendly and professional, and what really stands out is that they greet me by name every time I walk in. That level of personal service is rare. The quality of their alterations is excellent, everything is done to perfection. On top of that, their pricing is very reasonable, and they always have my items ready on time or even sooner. Drop my pants off at 3:30 was told it would be a rush and would be Thursday morning. WOW I didn't even get.mom at 4:40 and my pants are ready!!!!!!! Even with the 30 percent rush charge the price was GREAT!!!! I am a customer fir life and will share this with others. Great customer service!!!! THANK YOU

If you need anything altered or tailored, I recommend Joesph’s! I brought in my jumpsuit on a Tuesday (needed a rush order) they texted me the very next day that it was ready. They allowed me to try it on before leaving to make sure I was satisfied— it was perfect! Great customer service and very professional. So grateful for them and their business!

I needed a dress altered quickly for an anniversary celebration. Joseph's was the only one to answer my calls and tell me they could get me in same day! They had my dress fitted and ready in less than a week! Truly life savers 💗💗💗

I brought some nice pants here just to get the bottom of the pant legs hemmed a little bit. I thought this would be a very simple task. It took them 3 different times to hem my pants correctly. The first time I dropped the pants off, they had a lady pin them that you could tell she did not know what she was doing and asking for assistance. I was hesitant letting her handle this as it was very evident she did not know what she was doing. I picked the pants up and brought them home to try on and one pant leg hem was shorter than the other and it was crooked. The other leg was way too long and still hitting the ground. I took the pants back to get fixed and the man asked me if it was by chance that one of my legs was longer than the other? When I went to pick them up for a second time, I tried them on in store and it looked worse than the first attempt. They had only hemmed one of the legs - now one side was way too short and the other side was still too long. After the third attempt, I picked them up and there was a spot on one of my hems and you could see all the different locations/marks of where they had to redo the hem multiple times. I still wasn’t pleased with the 3rd attempt hemming, but I was not about to let them redo it again for a 4th time. I am very disappointed and had a terrible experience here.

I know this business has been around for a long time, but I just started using them recently. We had some pants hemmed and a patch sewn on to a denim jacket. We could not be happier with their work. Their prices are reasonable, and they have a quick turnaround. I’m so glad I found these guys.

I took an old wool hat in to see if it could be salvaged for sentimental reasons. Not only were the staff incredibly kind and attentive, but they finished the repair the same day for a reasonable price! Would definitely recommend. 🙂

I came across this company while Google searching,I needed a dressed hem before the first of june,I was told they could have it done for me and I picked the dress up after dropping it off they had the word done only taken them about 3 days ,very very satisfied.Thank you for a job well done🙏🙏
