I have have had this Black Colombia Pictures leather jacket I wore to many of my projects I’ve been apart of from Sun Records tv series all the way up to the one that came out this year Called I can only imagine 2 it’s currently on streaming I would definitely recommend it and Joseph’s Tailoring & Alterations your company is amazing and very great customer service to I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a Angel in clothing Alterations they will definitely take care of your services

10/10 would recommend and will absolutely be back. I had two formal dresses hemmed and taken in - they fit perfectly now, and I can now wear them confidently and am excited for the weddings they are intended for. Also had a pair of pants hemmed - perfect, and can’t even tell they were tailored. Staff was kind, professional, and addressed all my concerns when I came in for fitting. Shop and environment were clean and tidy.

I must agree with customer Brittany Brown. I have been a loyal customer from day one. I waited through the walkout of the original staff last year, dealt with the temporary closure that lasted for months, and remained faithful to this business without going anywhere else. The work used to be excellent. However, since reopening with new staff and a busier operation, the quality is no longer the same. On my last visit, I brought three skirts and two pairs of wide‑leg white denim. Every single item had to be redone. And when I finally got them back, one pair — brand‑new Hudson Jodie Frayed Seam Loose Wide Leg jeans ($225) — was ruined. When I dropped them off, I specifically requested the original hem, which is clearly advertised on the display sign. Once hemmed, the jeans should look exactly as they did before being touched. Instead, I received a 2‑inch hem. John assured me he would fix it. What I received back was cut denim with a fringe hem that pulls, frays, and looks worse after every wash. I now have to trim strings with scissors before I can even wear them. And sadly, nothing can be done—no type of hem because they will be too short. I was so disappointed I couldn’t even voice how upset I was. After trying on the three skirts, only one was done correctly. Clothing is expensive, and having items damaged is unacceptable. Now I’m stuck with ruined pieces that cannot be replaced. At this point, I no longer trust the quality of the work, and I am moving on. Get it right the first time.

The staff at Joseph’s Tailoring were very professional, kind, and took our concerns into special detail as I had them tailor my wedding dress. The dress required services from the master tailor and he did an excellent job on my dress with a quick turn around. I will 100% recommend them to others and seek their services if warranted in the future.

Honestly so disappointed. I almost left when I was getting measured bc a man came to pick up his pants that he’d left to be altered and they hadn’t hemmed them yet. The lady literally said have a seat and we’ll do it right now. I should have left. They charged me $180 to take in sleeves and shorten them, take in the sides of a dress and use the material to make a sash style belt. They barely took in the arms and that’s all I can tell they did. Said they couldn’t make the belt and only gave me a $20 refund. I feel like they just kept it for a few days and took my money. Such a shame.

The staff is always friendly and professional, and what really stands out is that they greet me by name every time I walk in. That level of personal service is rare. The quality of their alterations is excellent, everything is done to perfection. On top of that, their pricing is very reasonable, and they always have my items ready on time or even sooner. I needed a dress altered quickly for an anniversary celebration. Joseph's was the only one to answer my calls and tell me they could get me in same day! They had my dress fitted and ready in less than a week! Truly life savers 💗💗💗

Ive been a loyal customer because the workmanship is usually strong and the staff is courteous, even with premium pricing. But since they’ve gotten busier, the service feels less attentive to long-time clients. I had a zipper replaced and later had the same issue. When i originally got the zipper replaced, I thought it was pretty expensive, but felt satisfied that when I was ready to wear the garment again, it would be ready to wear. I went to try the garment on today while packing and the “replaced zipper” pulled in the exact same place as it did previously. I had my doubts that the zipper was actually replaced originally, and they found a way to repair it and pull a fast one on me, I was proven correct when this happened today. I was told there was a long-term guarantee, but when I returned, I was told the warranty was only one month and was asked to pay again. Despite my history with the shop (the owner pulled my history while I was there and I actually have times in progress currently), including during staffing issues, no goodwill or compromise was offered. That was disappointing and felt dismissive. This is not something I’d make up as a loyal customer. The owner knows he’s had much staff turnover and there was a chance I could’ve been given misinformation. He didn’t care didn’t make eye contact and looked passed me into the parking lot as we were talking.

I recently received tailoring services and I couldn’t be more satisfied! Fast, efficient, professional, and extremely understanding even with such short notice. They truly came through for me when I needed it most and were an absolute lifesaver. The quality of work was amazing and the turnaround time exceeded my expectations!! 10/10 highly recommend for anyone needing reliable tailoring services!

I went in with a dress that I really did not think could really be altered to fit me, but Joseph’s did it! They listened to what I needed, and created a Master Piece!
