If you need anything altered or tailored, I recommend Joesph’s! I brought in my jumpsuit on a Tuesday (needed a rush order) they texted me the very next day that it was ready. They allowed me to try it on before leaving to make sure I was satisfied— it was perfect! Great customer service and very professional. So grateful for them and their business!

I know this business has been around for a long time, but I just started using them recently. We had some pants hemmed and a patch sewn on to a denim jacket. We could not be happier with their work. Their prices are reasonable, and they have a quick turnaround. I’m so glad I found these guys.

I have had a beautiful dress I love sitting in my closet for 2 years because it was too long and the shoulder straps were created for a much taller person. Joseph’s made it fit me perfectly. I am so happy with my dress now. My only regret is waiting so long to have them alter it.

They gave me my dress back the next day for a zipper repair as the silk / polyester blend has a hole where the belt loop was. It was a little pricey but worth it because they saved my dress! It looked brand new! They were very courteous and offered a beverage too. Customer service still matters these days!

Unfortunately, I was turned away by Rocky’s Alterations—with no clear reason, just judgment. Their website even states they work on wedding gowns, which made the rejection even more disappointing. They recommended Alicia’s Alterations, so I gave them a call, hoping for help. It was 30 minutes before closing, and I just wanted to ask if they could work with a maternity case. Instead, I was yelled at. The woman on the phone was short-tempered, cut me off, and said I needed to come in during store hours—refusing to let me schedule an appointment. She said she had “other customers to attend to,” which hurt deeply. I was also a potential customer, and I didn’t deserve that kind of treatment. I thanked her politely and hung up, only to break down in tears, overwhelmed and hormonal, thinking I would never find someone willing to help. Then I found Joseph’s. I walked in expecting to be turned away again, but instead, I was welcomed with warmth. Joseph congratulated me immediately and reassured me that my dream dress could still be mine.
