I needed a dress altered quickly for an anniversary celebration. Joseph's was the only one to answer my calls and tell me they could get me in same day! They had my dress fitted and ready in less than a week! Truly life savers 💗💗💗

Drop my pants off at 3:30 was told it would be a rush and would be Thursday morning. WOW I didn't even get.mom at 4:40 and my pants are ready!!!!!!! Even with the 30 percent rush charge the price was GREAT!!!! I am a customer fir life and will share this with others. Great customer service!!!! THANK YOU

If you need anything altered or tailored, I recommend Joesph’s! I brought in my jumpsuit on a Tuesday (needed a rush order) they texted me the very next day that it was ready. They allowed me to try it on before leaving to make sure I was satisfied— it was perfect! Great customer service and very professional. So grateful for them and their business!

I know this business has been around for a long time, but I just started using them recently. We had some pants hemmed and a patch sewn on to a denim jacket. We could not be happier with their work. Their prices are reasonable, and they have a quick turnaround. I’m so glad I found these guys.

They did an overnight emergency tailoring on a tux for a New Year’s Eve wedding. Considering the date & the time constraint I was pretty impressed with how it came out & their customer service was second to none. Highly recommend this place & will likely get a custom suit made by them if I’m ever back in Memphis (I live in FL)

Great 1st time experience! Went in to drop off item thinking it would take a few days however my repair was completed within the hour. It’s the same day service for me. Would definitely recommend and looking forward to using them in the future😎

Joseph’s Tailoring has always been friendly, detailed, very efficient and professional. They can handle alterations that are simple or that are complex. They also text you when your clothing is finished and ready to go!

I walked in and was out within 5 minutes. The service was insanely fast and friendly. My hoodie had a tear in the front pocket. This hoodie of mine is practically irreplaceable, and is insanely sentimental to me. It wasn’t a major tear so it was an easy fix, I’m just very appreciative of them listening to my concern about it and taking care of it for me. I definitely will be back in the future for any other issues.
