The Attorney General has announced that personal use marijuana prosecutions are being adjourned until at least September. As I’ve mentioned to many of my clients this has created a “gray area” in the law and aggressive defense on open or new cases is critical right now. Marijuana has not been legalized in NJ and police are continuing to make arrests so be mindful!
