He was very informative, taking the time to explain what to expect before, during, and after the procedure, which really helped ease any anxiety I had. The entire office staff was also excellent with communication — they were prompt, professional, and always kind. I felt well cared for every step of the way. Dr. Bellairs is a very personable and knowledgeable ENT doctor. Over the last month he has helped me with two ear infections and terrible bloody noses. He did not rush to a surgery solution and presented several easy options to try first. The easy options solved my current issues. I highly recommend him and will continue to go to him. Having an Auburn and Federal Way location made it easy to get an appointment.

Dr Bellairs came across as a very professional and courteous practitioner. He and his staff were very knowledgeable and efficient, and he personally spent the time that was necessary to properly evaluate my problem and recommend a course of action for improvement. I will be using him in the future and would recommend him highly for anyone looking for his type of expertise.

Dr. Bellairs has a great “bedside” manner, caring and supportive. He is ordering more tests to narrow down my problems, and explains things as he goes along. Very pleased so far after my first appointment.

I typically don’t write reviews but I was so impressed with Dr Bellairs. He was so kind, helpful, and welcoming. He took his time answering all of my questions and showed so much compassion with my health issues. I felt like I mattered.

We had a great experience with Dr. Bellairs. He was able to get my son in for surgery right away and take care of issue quickly while other doctors told us to wait. I was able to get hold of him late in the evening when my son was having issues right after surgery. I would highly recommend.

It was a great experience with the team at the office. Nurse explained what Dr. Bellairs was going to do for an exam and then he re-explained it also. Gave great detail of what he seen.

Can’t say enough about the facility, the staff, and Dr. Bellairs! I came in for hearing problems yet he took the time to answer questions and helpe me with other issues regarding allergies and nasal problems. The Dr. is amazing. He listened to me, explained my tests, gave me options, answered all my questions, and did not rush through my appointment. I left there feeling so relieved and uplifted. Great experience!!
