With many years of experience as a realtor in the area, I knew I can always rely on Jose to give me insider tips and honest advice about the properties that I was interested in… I feel very fortunate to have found Jose and had the opportunity to learn about the housing market in the area from him. I ended up pausing my search for personal reasons but I will definitely reach back out to Jose when I’m ready to resume my house hunt.

Jose was there for me from the start to the end, he came up with ideas for selling that I hadn't thought of, and when I had to leave the country, he managed the removal of "stuff" left inside the house to make things flow more smoothly. He is the consummate professional, knows the people to get the job done, and is also likeable and easy to get on with. If I ever had to sell again, I'd be phoning him first. Couldn't recommend more.

My husband and I have worked with Jose multiple times within the last eight years for home purchases and refinances. Each experience has been excellent with Jose working hard for us to find what we’re looking for and within our budget. Jose is a person of high integrity, very informative, easy to talk to and reach, has excellent communication skills, responsiveness and foresight. While all of Jose’s qualities are valuable, his foresight is incredibly important, because often times in our experience, it’s been necessary to prepare items in advance to meet critical purchase timelines/deadlines. In addition to all of the qualities mentioned, Jose is very funny making the purchase/refinance process less grueling. I've been a client Jose Reyes' for a little over 7 years now. Jose helped me buy my first home (7 years ago) and then he helped me sell it and buy my new larger home about 2 months ago. Jose also worked with me on multiple refinances and the first one was to help me refinance out of FHA.
