I had a wonderful experience working with Jose as a buyer to find a home in the South Bay Area. Jose provided an excellent service with honest and informative opinions, generosity in time and in sharing his expertise, and flexibility when I needed to make changes to my search filters. With many years of experience as a realtor in the area, I knew I can always rely on Jose to give me insider tips and honest advice about the properties that I was interested in… I feel very fortunate to have found Jose and had the opportunity to learn about the housing market in the area from him. I ended up pausing my search for personal reasons but I will definitely reach back out to Jose when I’m ready to resume my house hunt.

My home buying journey has been a long one but a very enjoyable one. Jose worked with me the past couple of years to help me find the perfect home. Not only did he give me advice but he always made sure to go above and beyond and Inform me of any issues with the homes we were interested. Although some of my offers were rejected due to the highly competitive market Jose stood by our side and helped me maintain a positive attitude. I finally found he perfect home and it wouldn’t have been possible without his guidance, support and his impressive work ethic. Thank you for making this possible! Would highly recommend and would even use Jose for any future purchases or investments!
