Even though I chose a different path for my home sale, Joni was an invaluable resource during my decision-making process. The first time I met with her, she came prepared with the most research of any agent I interviewed - and had detailed information about all my home's public records. She also shared great local market advice and made some great recommendations about how to handle my upcoming sale. Her willingness to help without any strings attached speaks volumes about her character and expertise. I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and helpful agent.

Joni came prepared to our first meeting. She had comps of the area and walked in recognizing what makes our house unique. She stated qualities that would help the house sell and pointed out some things we needed to deal with prior to listing. She worked very well with both my sister and I, and we appreciated her willingness to stay connected while we needed extra time. She kept us informed of the market and remains a resource through out the entire process. A true professional!
