I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Jones when my Tesla Cybertruck broke down. It wouldn’t charge at all, and I was stranded, needing to be towed to Jackson from Biloxi. I thought the situation was hopeless, but Tesla roadside assistance got me in touch with Mr. Jones. The man was so kind. He arrived very quickly and was extremely professional and friendly. The 3 hour trip to Brandon felt like no time at all. I give Jones Towing and Mr. Lowell Jones, specifically, my highest recommendation.

My son had a blow out and they were there in under 20 mins Thet delivered car to tire store promptly. Very friendly staff!! Would definitely use them in the future!

If I could give Jones Towing more than 5 stars, I would! Lowell drove over an hour away to tow our car to the car dealership. He was super nice and made us feel comfortable and went above and beyond for us. We highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a reliable towing company.

Jones Towing was assigned to take care of my Battery issues in my motorhome, by AAA. Gator was my Tech, while Lowell coordinated from his office in Ocean Springs. They were personable, professional and on-time. I would recommend them to anyone who has towing or battery needs.

My Van and I was stranded in Gulfport. Th tow truck Driver helped me out twice. He was the nicest, kindness driver I ever met. He stayed nice while working in the cold and made sure I was warm in his cab.
