I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Jones when my Tesla Cybertruck broke down. It wouldn’t charge at all, and I was stranded, needing to be towed to Jackson from Biloxi. I thought the situation was hopeless, but Tesla roadside assistance got me in touch with Mr. Jones. The man was so kind. He arrived very quickly and was extremely professional and friendly.
