I've never felt more compelled to write a google review than I have for Jones Contracting—these guys are truly the best of the best and you'd be silly to consider anyone else! Russ was phenomenal during our sewer connection and cesspool decommissioning, an inherently stressful and large project that he made so much easier. Russ and his team handled everything from coordinating the decommissioning with the Board of Health to permits and logistics, which was a huge weight off our shoulders. Russ is hands down the most communicative and friendly contractor I’ve ever worked with. We always knew what was happening, what was coming next, and why. Feeling informed every step of the way made a big difference in an otherwise overwhelming situation. Couldn’t recommend Jones Contracting more—professional, organized, and truly a team you can trust.

We worked with Russ on a quote for some outdoor work last year. We just had a separate issue come up, and immediate thought to contact Russ given how helpful he was. While this new project doesn’t fall under the scope of working with Jones Contracting, Russ took the time to chat with me on the phone, gave advice and answered questions, and put me in touch with someone he works with who can help. From start to finish Russ and his team/crew were amazing to work with. We had a strict deadline for closing on the sale of our home. Our septic had failed title 5 and needed complete replacement, including a new leaching field. Living in the woods made the job more complex as many trees needed to be removed. Russ kept us informed throughout the project and efficiently worked through any issues that came up. He coordinated with the engineer, tree removal company, plumber, hydroseeding company and town departments. He and the on site crew were never too busy to stop for a minute and answer our questions and were always professional and polite. When getting down to the wire on timing, they showed up early and stayed late. I’m pleased to say, thanks to the diligence and attention to detail of Jones Contracting, Inc., we closed on time and are very pleased with their work!

Russ and his team handled the replacement of our leaky, main water line professionally from the first visit through to the completion. Communication and attention to detail was excellent.

We contacted Jones Contacting to connect our home to the town sewer after our prior contractor ghosted. Russ was very responsive and his team got the job done quickly and well. They went the extra mile to not just finish the job but to re-plant shrubs, re-seed grass, and generally leave everything looking good. I would happily hire them again.

Can not say as many amazing things about Jones Contracting Inc out of Walpole. Russell Jones was amazing from our first meeting! They were working on a very large excavation project in our area and we had him do some work on our yard as well. Russell was in contact numerous times and always returned our text and calls with any concerns that we had. Being new to having work like ths done we did not know what to expect. Russell walked us through each step and checked in to make sure all of our questions were answered immediately. During this past winter we had lots of water concerns in our back yard and Russell made sure each time it rained he was here to ensure our property was properly being drained during the work. He exceeded all time lines and quality of work that we had. I couldn't recommend Russell highly enough - he made sure that he was always there for us and addressed everything in a timely manor.

The Jones Contracting crew did a great job connecting our town house condo units to the new town sewer system and completing the abandonment of our septic system. They worked diligently and were very courteous and accommodating to residents when parking during construction was tight. We highly recommend them for any excavation project. Russ was the septic contractor recommended by our engineering, great recommendation, Russ knows the regulations and worked well with the Board of Health. Russ came in on budget and completed the job as he said. That was 7 year past and never had a problem. We definitely would hire him again and definitely recommend his company. I also want to say he and his staff are all very helpful and cureteous
