I've never felt more compelled to write a google review than I have for Jones Contracting—these guys are truly the best of the best and you'd be silly to consider anyone else! Russ was phenomenal during our sewer connection and cesspool decommissioning, an inherently stressful and large project that he made so much easier. Russ and his team handled everything from coordinating the decommissioning with the Board of Health to permits and logistics, which was a huge weight off our shoulders. Russ is hands down the most communicative and friendly contractor I’ve ever worked with. We always knew what was happening, what was coming next, and why. Feeling informed every step of the way made a big difference in an otherwise overwhelming situation. Couldn’t recommend Jones Contracting more—professional, organized, and truly a team you can trust.

We worked with Russ on a quote for some outdoor work last year. We just had a separate issue come up, and immediate thought to contact Russ given how helpful he was. While this new project doesn’t fall under the scope of working with Jones Contracting, Russ took the time to chat with me on the phone, gave advice and answered questions, and put me in touch with someone he works with who can help.
