Jon was outstanding in every aspect of selling our mother's 60-year old family home in Warrenton, Va. From our first meeting via Zoom, Jon explained his experience, strategy, fees, etc and I was convinced he was the right agent to represent us. He was professional, courteous, and prompt throughout. He gave excellent advice and brought in a professional interior designer to help with staging. We had a clean contract offer over list price in just 3 days on MLS. Jon was very helpful and accommodating in resolving a few issues identified during inspections, including referrals for experienced service providers and brought us to the finish line in very short time frame. We are very grateful for all of his help and consider him a family friend now.

I owned and sold with other realtors over four other homes and two condos besides this latest home. John has been he most efficient, responsive realtor we have ever worked with. He gave advise on how to stage and prepare the home and immediately on the first open house we had three offers and as a result we sold our home quickly. This was a result of his experience and rapport with other realtors. Besides his business expertise, John is just a great considerate, person.
