What else can is say about Clinton's team at Johnson Solar other than they are the freaking best!! Ill try to keep this short.... We had another company lined up to get our brand new solar installed that 100% dropped the ball. With the clock ticking on the tax rebate coming up we need our system installed NOW!! After a couple conversations and bit of back n forth on invoice I knew Clinton, Ross and his team were the guys I could trust to get the job done in time. Once contract was signed, we paid the 1st part of the invoice and was surprised to see the team at our house 3 days later with a truck full of panels and our Tesla Powerwall3!! Even more surprising was the fact these guys installed an entire 10kw system with conduit and powerwall in 1 day! So mind blown that one morning we were on the grid and later that day we were free of SDGE....WIN WIN!! Now....we are 8 days post install. The system has gotten approved and has its Permit to Operate! We have imported about $1.50 in power in over a week. We have exported about $3 in power in the same time. This company was a miracle worker in a time when we needed a miracle to get the 30% tax credit. Trust these guys....they will get your job done fast with quality and care.

Hands down the best in the business! Not only are they the most affordable (we had estimates from Baker, Stellar, Semper, and Coastal) but their customer service is amazing! Clinton, the owner, makes sure he’s on site for every installation. We’ve had some issues with the EP Cube battery, and Clinton has been very hands-on to help resolve it. Now my neighbors are also looking to use Johnson Solar for their homes. Highly recommend them!!

Johnson Solar is hands down the best company out there! I can't begin to explain but, they deserve the best we can give back. It's really old school service and hard working employees. We called with a few questions and the next day Clinton was out first thing in the morning to give us a price and explain all the details. Within 24 hours our panels were in place running backwards in rabbit mode. That's why I say old school service, that's the working ethics of yesteryear. It's so nice not to have to worry about what hours are the best to use electricity to keep the bill down. Electric car, air conditioners and all the rest, and the bill is still a negative (which is a positive for the pocketbook) balance. It's weird how they work so happily together. Thank you, so very much Clinton and staff for the elite craftsmanship, customer service and prompt working ethics. The word of mouth is still the best bet for hands on craftsmanship and you can bet your bottom dollar that we'll tell everyone to go to the best, Johnson Solar! :)

I had a custom home built in Temecula and needed to get a solar estimate during the permitting phase. Clint Johnson was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to estimating the solar calculations and everything needed for my future home. Clint was awesome to work with and there is no company matching his when it comes to quality of service and exceptional pride in their work. A neighbor mentioned their positive experience with Johnson Solar. I had already shopped around a bit for rooftop solar and sure enough when I talked to Clinton at Johnson solar, he stood out as the most upfront and honest. I sent him my information, a few photos of my house, electrical panel and past utility bills so he could size an appropriate system. I was emailed a few system size options with quotes to choose from within a couple of days. There was no pressuring me, no things that did not sound right and no surprises. The prices looked great was in writing, and the type of panels and other components were very top quality. They were doing some large projects at the time but managed to squeeze me in somehow. Clinton and all his crew were great to have working at my house. The system was in within a few weeks' time looks professional and is beyond my expectations. I recommend them to anyone looking into going solar.

It has been 2.5 years since Johnson Solar installed my solar panel installation. During that time I have not paid a penny for electricity and have had a surplus owed at the end of each year that was carried forward. I have already saved half of what the system cost me. This system performance is based on 2 factors: 1. Clinton's price was the most competitive I received, by a long shot. 2. More importantly, he installed a high quality system, did a fantastic installation with no external conduit and explained everything he was doing and why. And, I have not had to call him back. 3/12/2024 Johnson Solar In April of 2023 we decided to look at having solar panels installed with battery back-up. We researched quite a few solar companies and finally settled on Johnson Solar. From day one of signing a contract, to the last day all items were completed with no complaints. Some minor glitches evolved and resolved in a timely manner. Everything from day one to completion, everyone was professional and pleasant to deal with. From the quote of what was contracted and with what we needed for our household solar installation. The crew that did the actual installation of solar panels performed it in one day, one day for battery backup once the battery received from the manufacturer. Clinton Johnson (owner) kept us informed from copies of blueprints, permits etc. and a schedule of when to expect workers. The response from Clinton when called was less than hour. Clinton and his employees were always very patient with us when we called with many questions.

We were referred to Johnson Solar by two neighbors who used him. We couldn't be happier with the communication, excellent customer service, pricing and quick turnaround to completion of our new solar system! Clinton was straight to the point with informative e-mails - no pushy sales pitch - and was timely with responses to our many questions. He gave us the time we needed to get other quotes and carefully make this big-ticket purchase. He is hard-working and surrounds himself with a terrific team including Jose' whose crew did full re-roofing in two days and were meticulous with clean-up. Oscar at the office kept us informed of permit approval and inspection. The foremen and crew for the solar install were courteous, informative, and again, super-clean upon completion. We highly recommend Johnson Solar.
