Derrick called to tell me he was on his way. I didn't hear the call, he called until he was able to get ahold of me.
When he did, was very pleasant & professional!
Where I was sitting on I-44 was not really a safe spot, right next to the guard rail. No room for mistakes, he made sure I was able to exit the van safely!
This was all done within the hour of me calling.
He was very professional & courteous.
I definitely will use them again in the future!
When I received the invoice I was shocked on the cost of the service.
I thought for sure it was going to be a hell of a lot more than it was!
Seeing that just made the service 150% better on top of the 100% I already received from them!
I didn't have cash on me for a tip for Derrick, but I did just buy a fresh apple pie that I gave him.

I called and needed an emergency tow. I was blocking traffic. John’s came out super fast and got me out of a bad spot. Mason was good and fast at his job. Super nice guy. Highly recommend John’s towing and recovery.
