I called many places within 5-mile area of my house to see the price and availability of a passenger tire for a 2012 Chevy Camaro 45th anniversary edition. I needed a 245/45R20 103w ( 103w stands for the pressure and speed a tire can go ). Every place I called either didn't have this tire in stock & or couldn't order it or if they did have it they wanted way more then it was worth Used or New. I could have very well ordered what would have been the cheapest I could find which would have been online, coming in at around $85 before taxes or shipping and closer to $97 after. This would not include taken the spare off the car, taken the busted tire off my rim or adding the new tire nor balancing it. The quote I was getting around town was anywhere from $85 - $125 USED . As well as $155-205 Brand new . All without the replacement and balance included. Thank goodness relief was just a phone call away as the next place on the list was John's tire and Brake services. I called them and was greeted with a friendly welcoming voice on the other end asking what he could help me with. He explained his name was John & I introduced myself as Lisa he then said he would do what he could to try to help. I didn't have much faith seeing how the last 10 plus pound calls to shops have went and that it was getting late into the day seeing that it was almost 4:45pm . John looked for me and said he didn't have that in stock but if i wanted he could order it by 6pm and have it by tomorrow. All that was left now was to ask the price. I was surprised when he said he could do $135 and that would include the spare being removed the old tire taken off and disposal of & putting the new tire on rim and balance. I asked the store hours and he said the latest was 6pm. I said go ahead and order it. I was told he would contact me as soon as it was delivered tomorrow. The next day around 12:30 that afternoon he tried to call me and I couldn't answer but was happy to see that he left a text message that asked if I still needed the tire and that it was available to my earliest convenience. I had never been to this shop before & was surprised to see that it was kinda tucked away further back from the main road in what looked to be a ally. I noticed as I pulled in that there was other cars there being worked on and it was easy to find seeing that I was able to make out the garage doors open and workers there working so I knew I was in the right place. John greeted me with a friendly smile in my car as I pulled up. I introduced myself and he said he remembered me calling. He then told me to let him have the keys and if I would like that I could step into the office around the front. As I opened the 1st front door I could tell I wasn't all the way into the office yet as I was again met with another door. After entering the 2nd door I was met with a nice little office. This office was clean & smelt good considering it was a mechanics office so I was expecting to smell Grease & dirt & such. The room was a nice size & was very welcoming with plenty of seating options. I was the only person inside at this time. I choose my seat & started scrolling on my phone for what seemed 4-5 mins. Then a gentleman entered & sat down also. A minute later another customer entered the office and was accompanied by John. At this time John say at the desk & proceeded to work on the computer. He asked the gentleman if he was paying with cash or card at which I was surprised bc I didn't know hit had the option so I brought cash. The gentleman said he was paying card and they made small talk & exchanged a few laughs before the gentleman left. John then started talking to the lady he came in with & she explained her car was out front but she didn't know where to park it and didn't shut if off in fear it wouldn't start back. John quickly jumped into action & offered to park ot for her to which he did. Now my turn. He asked my info and we laughed at how we both have a hard time remembering names but not faces. I paid the bill & got the keys. I was impressed & I highly recommend them.

I was very impressed and happy with John and Jason. My 2019 lincoln suv was having issues . They replaced my front and rear brakes . Also both my rear wheel bearing hubs. Lower price than anyone else. Quality work. They have great attitudes that really helped to make me feel af ease. I would definitely recommend this shop for anyone needing repairs. I will be bring all of my vehicles to them in the future.. than u both for taking such good care of my vehicle

Usually have my car serviced from the Honda dealership and when they came back with an outrageous quote for new brake pads I declined. I then called John for a quote and was less than half of what the dealership was trying to charge me. I brought my civic to John 3 hours before they closed that same day. John had everything perfect and ready before closing. Highly recommend!! Great pricing and fantastic service! I’ll be back!

These guys do great honest work at a very fair price. I've had brake and suspension parts replaced by them and both times I was able to get my car in the same day and get it back within 24 hours repaired.

They’re great and super communicative! I got my car’s brake pads & rotors fixed there. I needed my tires changed as well, and they got me in the following morning, first thing. Would highly recommend!

I got my truck lifted and had new tires and wheels installed at John’s Tires and Brake Service, and they did an amazing job. The work was clean, fast, and done right the first time. The team was friendly and really knew what they were doing. I’m extremely happy with how my truck turned out and I’ll definitely be coming back for any future work. Highly recommend!

Excellent service all around! The team had great communication throughout the entire process and did outstanding work on my vehicle — including the transfer case, radiator assembly, tire sensor, rotors, and brake pads. This is my go to place for any tire issues! This morning I blew out my tire and John’s had it fixed in less than 20 mins at a fair price. I really appreciate their fast work!!
