Honestly, John’s Auto & Collision is the real deal. They brought my car back looking brand new, and the price was way more reasonable than a lot of other shops around here. No upselling, no weird excuses — just straight-up clear communication that makes you feel totally comfortable leaving your car with them. Shoutout to Alam — she really knows her stuff. Super professional, on point, and you can tell she actually cares about doing the job right. Highly recommend. If you need work done, this is the spot.

My son had a little fender bend in my Honda and I made him responsible for for the financial and the entire process so he learns from it. These guys were great on the price, which I appreciate they didn't take advantage of him or tried to because we already received an estimate of a closer establishment. I have yet to give it a test drive but I would not only use them again but recommend them highly for being an honest business.

I would like to thank Alam for the great work her and her crew did fixing my 2018 Highlander. The service was fast and great. And I am kind of particular with my vehicles being in good shape(meaning I can’t stand dents or dings do I get them fixed) and when I had noticed an imperfection (in my mind) Alam was very gracious and didn’t argue with me and said that she will have it worked on. And when I informed her that I had received a ride from a friend and didn’t have a ride back home so they can work on my car she had gotten me an uber. I appreciated not disputing the small imperfection that I noticed and went above and beyond to get me back home. I recommend John’s collision and Autobody. I came back this time with a lot of troubles, and these are what they started with pictures of my wrecked doors. A very special car with sentimental value. The decal was removed with no ghosting effect and the fog lights were removed for a cleaner look. Rear bumper was also shaved and new rear bumpers. LED headlights were installed for safety reasons. They installed new wheels and returned the car in perfect condition. Thank you!

I highly recommend this place! They did an excellent job repairing my bumpers, making my car look pristine again. The mechanics are highly experienced, demonstrating great skill and attention to detail. I didn’t know that collision repair takes a long period of time and I was suprised my car was repaired in a month. I was losing hope for finding a place to fix it in a short amount of time before I visited this place. This collision repair shop is a life saver, they helped me out a big time in a last minute. And my repair was told to be fixed in about 2-3 months time frame. But they did incredible job, they fixed everything in a just one month to my Toyota Venza. Highly recommended, good quality of work as well!

The passenger side door was dented in and paint chipped off leaving some metal to oxidize. The shop got us in promptly and the turn around was quick! The lines are clean and the paint matches perfectly. So glad I came here where they pay attention to detail and provide great service!

Took my car in to have some damage on my door fixed. They did a great job fixing the damage. But did an absolutely horrible job buffing the paint out after repainting the door.
