Johnny's Italian Steakhouse

We chose this restaurant due to the location in the hotel and couldn’t be bothered going out, but it was the best decision of the day. Miss Avis and our waiter Stephen made our evening amazing. Had one of the best steaks in our life (and we’ve had a few). I had the bone-in rib eye, hubby had the prime rib. We were equally happy with our choice. Would not hesitate to recommend to anybody in the area. Even the side salads were great. Absolutely delicious! Thanks guys

This is my second time at Johnny's and meeting The Queen was an absolute honor and listening to her was as much a pleasure as any one person could expect. She was knowledgeable about food choices . All the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Drinks are excellent. Food and dessert are also great. I have enjoyed every visit at the restaurant.

First time coming to Johnny’s. And I was not disappointed!! First walk in and greeted by the nicest most sweetest down to earth woman….The Queen!!! Her energy is everything I needed that night. Bartender was Nate. He was absolutely brilliant!! Wonderful mixologist! We’ll definitely be back again and again!! And the banana cheesecake is amazing.

This is my third time at Johnny's but my first time meeting The Queen. Speaking with her was an absolute honor and listening to her was as much a pleasure as any one person could expect. She was knowledgeable about our food choices and gave us the history of the only location in Houston. Do not sleep on trying this place at least once. You'll definitely go back.

The food is UNBELIEVABLE, the bartender (April) is MARVELOUS, but the lady that sits at the front is beyond rude to anyone who isn't her "favorite". You can tell that her attitude makes the job of the bartender harder. It's sad. April tries so hard to make the atmosphere fun, light, friendly.... and we love that! Unfortunately, the other lady just makes it feel uncomfortable. 🙄😞

My girl and I had a great time here... we went for the Valentines Day special... we both got the fried ravioli, chicken parm, and the chocolate lava cake... the service was top notch... every girl that had attended ended up getting a rose which I thought was a nice touch

Had super high hopes for this place and was let down. We ordered the steak special, with a ribeye my husband got a ribeye and I got some other cut. The steak had no flavor, and was over cooked. The side also were less than flavorful. Dessert was the best part of the meal.

Met the Queen of New Orleans she was a great hostess and hospitality was spot on. Server Allie was friendly and great. Food and atmosphere was excellent.

This is my first time dining at Johnny’s Steakhouse. What got me here was the images in the elevator, but then the Happy Hour made it! It was a great deal for high-end menu options, and the recommendations from The Queen at the entrance were spot on! She knows her stuff, and pointed me in the right direction for every selection. Behind the bar - Steve - was very attentive, and on top of his game. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the perfect fit to end a busy week at. I highly recommend, and will be back myself!

We celebrated our 9th wedding anniversary at Johnny’s Italian Steakhouse and had such a wonderful experience. The food and atmosphere were great, but the real highlight of our evening was Avis. She was an awesome host, genuinely friendly, and she made us feel truly celebrated on our special night. Her recommendations were spot on and she made sure everything was perfect. Avis went above and beyond to make our anniversary dinner memorable. We’ll definitely be back, and we're looking forward to seeing Avis again!
