John came recommended by a close friend and within about five minutes we understood why. Buying our first home felt unimaginably intimidating at first, but working with him somehow made the whole process feel possible. He knows the housing market inside and out, and his understanding of homes in general was absolutely invaluable. Somehow he always had something helpful to share about every neighborhood we visited. He had a great eye for spotting things we never would have noticed on our own, helping us understand what kind of updates or investments we’d be looking at if we wanted to modernize a place and his knack for slipping in the occasional 80s reference somehow always landed at the perfect moment. He was endlessly patient with our many questions and our wild requests. We still feel a little guilty about dragging him through some of the grungiest houses known to man. There were a few that were definitely a couple full gut jobs and he just rolled with it. His dedication was incredible. He sent us listings well into the night and at this point we’re not entirely convinced he sleeps. We feel extremely fortunate to have worked with him and we would recommend him to absolutely anyone. He has made the arduous process of buying and selling in Toronto nothing but a breeze with his keen eye and hard work. John helped us sell our condo in a tough market, and helped us buy our starter home in Toronto in our desired neighbourhood, and we are thrilled with his services. Working with John was a great experience when my wife and I were purchasing a house. He was always quick to answer any questions, and was extremely knowledgeable in the market. John is very detail oriented and would send us a very comprehensive breakdown of comparables in the area when we were looking for house values. He was always very accommodating and made himself available any time we wanted to schedule viewings. We cannot recommend John highly enough if you are looking for a realtor.

My roommate and I reached out to John to help us find our perfect apartment in downtown Toronto. He was incredibly helpful and patient, and was available to reach at all hours of the day. We had a long list of things we were looking for and it was definitely a challenge to meet our expectations, but John did it. Where do we start? John, if we could give you a 10 star, we would. John is so knowledgeable, sets out a plan and gets the job done. He was willing to roll up his sleeves and get dirty with helping us every step of the way. From moving, drywall, painting, shoveling etc. There wasn't anything he didn't do, and mostly without being asked. So helpful for us with two little kids. Our house looked absolutely stunning, and sold well over asking price all because of putting our trust in him. Thank you again John.
