John is fantastic. Words can’t even describe how amazing he is. We had a horrible experience buying our first house from across the country so we were very hesitant to even start looking at homes before arriving. John encouraged us to at least start looking online to figure out what we liked and didn’t . He was also more than happy to go look at homes and send videos to us of ones we through we liked. Before arriving he send videos of probably 10 homes and had gone to more home but had called to let us know the condition of the homes before starting to take videos to let us decide if we wanted to see the home or not. Once we arrived in GA he showed us more home till we found the perfect one. He never once rushed us into a home or rushed us during showings. Once we found the one he got us an amazing deal that let us move in prior to closing on the home as we were waiting on our first home to close. He fought for us till closing day even when things got messy at the very end. He 1000% had restored our faith that good realtors do exist but I won’t be needing another one since I told him he needs to get licensed in the state we move to next. I recommend him to everyone especially those looking to buy a home before arriving in GA.

John is a great realtor he’s everything you could ask for respect, respectable, responsive, and caring to his clients. He never rushed us into anything to make a quick buck and gave us great ideas to do to house that we liked, so it made it hard to choose. He never complained, even the day before Easter, about showing us 30 different house because we are indecisive on what we want. He goes above and beyond for his clients and always has their backs.

He even blew off pine needles on our roof...moved our lawn...held several open houses.... Who does thatt? The buyers were complicated to deal with and John protected us in every way. Wife & I were first time home buyers and to say John was amazing is an understatement! He answered all of our questions we had, we probably had alot too, and no questions we dumb questions.
