The USDA Home Loan Program has officially resumed full operations after the federal shutdown — and funding IS available again.
The biggest update:
🔹 New 29% PITI ratio rule for applications submitted on or after Nov. 4
🔹 Loans submitted before that date still qualify under the old 34% PITI guideline
🔹 USDA is catching up on a backlog, so turn times may run a bit slower than usual
