Kentucky USDA Rural Housing Income Limits for 2026 (Just Updated)
USDA Rural Development has published its updated income limits for Fiscal Year 2026, and it's good news for Kentucky homebuyers: income limits went up again this year, which means more Kentucky families than ever can qualify for a no-money-down USDA Rural Housing loan.
If you were told in the past that you made "too much money" for a USDA loan in Kentucky, it's worth checking again. Here are the new numbers.
2026 Kentucky USDA Loan Income Limits (Guaranteed Program)
USDA income limits are based on your total household income (everyone living in the home, not just the borrowers on the loan) and vary by county and household size.
