Do you offer down payment assistance for Kentucky first-time homebuyers?
Yes! Through Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) programs, down payment assistance is still available for eligible Kentucky first-time homebuyers. These funds can dramatically reduce your upfront costs and make homeownership possible sooner than you think. Call or text me at 502-905-3708 and I'll tell you what you qualify for — the review is free.
What credit score do I need for an FHA loan in Kentucky?
Most buyers need a 580 credit score for the FHA minimum 3.5% down payment (scores of 500–579 may still qualify with 10% down). Don't rule yourself out — I've helped many Kentucky buyers who thought their credit wasn't good enough. You can read more about credit score requirements here, or get a free application review with same-day answers: 502-905-3708.
Can I buy a home in Kentucky with zero down payment?
Yes — VA loans (for veterans and active military) and USDA Rural Housing loans are true $0-down programs, and KHC down payment assistance can cover the down payment on other loan types. Most of Kentucky outside the major metro areas is USDA-eligible. Text me your county and I'll check for you: 502-905-3708.
