I am currently in the process of purchasing a vacation home in Los Cabos. I found Joe's website through a simple google search and gave him a call. Joe took the time to ask and understand my preferred location, size, amenities and price. Then Joe proceeded to start showing me a number of properties - and suggested one in particular as checking a lot of boxes for me. He also said he knows the developers and has a high regard for them, cautioning me that this is not always the case. Next, we visited the property and meet the sales representative. I really liked the place - and the broader community. Then, a friend from home recommended I contact his friend who recently moved to Los Cabos and has a property management business. This person independently confirmed what Joe said about the quality of the development and the integrity of the owners - unsolicited. Coincidentally, another friend of mine who has a vacation home near the place told me he and his wife own an undeveloped lot within the same community and are members of the golf and beach clubs there. He said it is a great place and he knows a number of people who already live there and love it. We are mid-process and the property is pre-construction, but I appreciate Joe's guidance with respect to buying a home in Mexico and negotiating with the seller.
