I had and am still having an amazing experience with Joe Taylor. I found him via his website and was a little worried he wouldn’t be legitimate but after a few showings of properties he and his network of colleagues he really impressed me with his knowledge as expertise especially in the Cabo market. I’ve already bought my first house from him of which he strongly recommended purchasing a single family home over a condo, which I’m much more happy about and feel it’s the right investment for me. Now he’s helping me find a second property. I would highly recommend him if you’re coming from out of the country to purchase property in Cabo. He’s very nice, friendly and easy to get along with and never pressures you into buying anything you don’t like. 10 out of 10
