Absolutely brilliant customer service. Contacted Jo by phone and left a message. Called me back later that day, agreed a date to clean the chimneys and did an excellent job. Will definitely use again. The cost was great value as well.

Jo managed to fit us in at short notice which was brilliant because we were concerned about the amount of smoke in our house. She did a thorough job and provided advice and follow up after the appointment. I would definitely recommend and use again.

Jo was very Professional very helpful. And really does know her job about sweeping chimneys ,,doesn't matter how hard it is. she does not let it get the beatter of her. Jo advised our baffle was cracked and cover needed replacing and then went the extra mile ordering the correct item and coming back to fit it for us. Service is second to none and I appreciate the advice with CO alarm placement and tips for getting a moisture meter for the wood.
