I heard about Jo's business through word of mouth and after reading the many positive reviews on Google, I messaged her on WhatsApp to check her availability for a sweep. She got back to me very quickly with a date and booked me in. On the day of my sweep, there were issues with the weather and the roads but Jo kept me updated on timescales for her arrival. Jo was very personable, professional and knowledgeable throughout the appointment and very clean and tidy. I will definitely book her again for future sweeps and would highly recommend her to others. Thank you, Jo! See you next year.

Jo is very professional and does a fantastic job. Great communication and turns up when she says she will. No mess what so ever and she gave some handy advice on using the stove/flue. Will definitely be using Jo again next year. Many thanks.
