Never showed up for a quote. Had a time set for several days and I shot him a message after 15 minutes of waiting and was untold that he’s busy on another job site and that it was more important because it was a higher paying one. Maybe a heads up ahead of time would be nice so I didn’t have to lose my whole morning waiting at my house.

I had previously used JNS on a couple of projects with good results, which is why I hired them again for work at my residence. Unfortunately, the sprinkler system they installed never functioned properly. After the installation, I made three separate appointments for them to inspect and correct the issue. I also attempted to contact the landscaping subcontractor directly but received no response. On all three occasions, they failed to show up and failed to communicate that they would not be coming. As if they are the only one with things to do and the assumption that I can just hang around waiting for them. When I followed up, I received explanations such as “worked until 8pm” or “stopping for gas” despite having scheduled appointments. I was told someone had been at my property - after the time or time window communicated, but no one knocked or rang the doorbell. For the record, I never saw anyone from JNS outside my house or I would have said "thanks for being here. Please look at the sprinkler." I didn't ignore anyone. I never saw anyone. And why did they not knock on the door? If JNS arrived late, it is on them that they waited. After 3 no shows, it is no longer reasonable to expect me to wait or reschedule. Contractors are a dime a dozen. I will work with one who has the basic respect and decency to make and keep an appointment. 3 times of no showing is absolutely pathetic and it's unreasonable to think I'll risk a 4th appointment where JNS will not show and not communicate after being stood up 3 times prior. Also find it suspect that guys showed up at my door but never knocked on my door. Creepy. Can't rule out substance use.

We asked for bids from 4 companies to construct a concrete and asphalt driveway on a new build. Joel was attentive to what we asked and helped us make decisions that made our original vision better. He was punctual in making a bid for the project and completing the job. They were able to solve problems we didn't even know were problems. They work with reputable concrete suppliers. We are glad we hired JNS Concrete. They offered us a fair price for a great job.

JNS provided a quote and stuck to it. The drive is well-done and JBS was easy to work with. I highly recommend ths company.

JNS Concrete did a superb job with the concrete work needed. A family run business with great communication, work ethic and timely completion. They did a superb job design on the concrete driveway and did a great job removing our basement concrete and leveling out the flooring. Highly recommend JNS Concrete for any concrete job.
