I was doing laundry and smelled a slight burning smell while running my dryer, immediately scared me. I immediately stopped the dryer and started researching. During my research and reading of the reviews I found JNJ Dryer Vent Cleaning and let me say they did an amazing job. It is owned and operated by Firefighters which is what grabbed my attention immediately…and they did not disappoint. Zander was my service provider. He was customer friendly, professional, prompt, extremely thorough, provided me a detailed inspection and after he completed the dryer vent cleaning he provided me a recommendation for next year. He even stayed an extra 5-10 minutes to test the dryer and we both confirmed the burn smell was gone!!! It’s been several days now with no issues! If you’ve never had your dryer vents cleaned, you should consider it for your safety and the safety of your home. I will only trust JNJ with that service. Thank you JNJ for the peace of mind.

Booked online on a Sunday. Automated messages got me an appointment Wednesday. Knowledgable, profession, and affective. It was $125 just as advertised. Glad I did it.
