I was able to make an appointment for cleaning within 2 days. Pete was great. He advised me to watch for the dryer exhaust hose so that it doesn't kink and suggested if it is a problem I could replace it. For a modest price he replaced it for us. I am very pleased with the interaction, service, and clean up.

The entire experience has been excellent. From ease of scheduling to the appointment itself. I am very conscious about fire safety, and JNJ has helped me feel safer in my home. I was shocked what Xander cleaned out! Xander, was professional, friendly and worked with excellence. I will definitely have them come out next year too. Thank you, and thank you for serving us with excellence as firefighters.
