This gentleman was top notch. He repaired a faucet straight away. Assessed my plumbing needs, and got me set up with a package that fit our budget. Spartan will be repairing a blocked drain in my kitchen. He assessed our water and got me scheduled for a water softener and filtration system. So easy to work with. Thank you. Life time customer.

Nick and Jerred were wonderful and fixed my kitchen sink quickly and with obvious skill. They diagnosed further issues and solved them on the spot, leaving us with a fully functioning system. They were professional and friendly even when my kid poured random questions at them. Would absolutely request them personally again.

It was unfortunate that my 15-year-old hot water heater decided to die. I've had Spartan plumbing, come out to my house 2 other times. This is the second time. Braden has been to my house and both this time and the last time where flawless work. Matt dropped off the water heater and assisted with the install. I now have a brand new hot water. Heater and all new brass and plumbing and even replace some of the gas lines. Both other appointments were a brand new main water, shut off and exterior faucets. I also had them replace all of the water lines going to each one of the toilets with all new handles and fixtures. Every time they come out is very professional, clean work. The installation of the well pump for the well and expansion tank for the water heater.eas very successful. David and Kade did a great job! They made everything they did not just effective but made all the dirt and mulch they replaced look great! They were very cordial and co-operative with us. It was a pleasure to have them do this job. I must say that everyone we have had work at getting things working as it should have been friendly, skilled, and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend Spartan.

After a frustrating experience with multiple companies through Choice Home Warranty, my grandmother was left with a completely unusable kitchen sink/dishwasher and water everywhere Urgently, we called Spartan Plumbing, and they immediately stood out. He walked my grandmother through two repair options at different price points, explained everything clearly, and even applied a promotional discount we didn’t know about. As someone in Cincinnati with grandparents in Dayton, I’m always cautious about service providers taking advantage or underdelivering. Jared did the opposite. He made my grandmother feel comfortable, respected, and confident in the solution. The issue was resolved quickly, everything is now working properly, and the service comes with a 60-day guarantee if anything happens with the drain again. What impressed me most is that Spartan Plumbing actually did what they said they would do. They answered the phone, showed up on time, communicated clearly, and charged a fair price. Spartan Plumbing has been awesome. They installed a new filtered water tank under our kitchen sink after the first was was determined to be faulty. Jimmy was amazing. He did his best to fix the 1st one which was only a few months old. Then…he came back with his helper Freddy and they had the old one out and the new one installed in no time! Thank You Spartan Plumbing for having such wonderful people like Jimmy working so diligently to make your customers happy! Kudos to Jimmy and Freddy and also to Cade who was here in February installing our hot water tank and water softener. You are ALL Amazing!!!

Jimi and Freeddy we're really professional in their communication and knowledge. They are really friendly and got the jobs they were assigned in a fast manner. They were accommodating with my schedule in mind since I had to leave in the middle of their job and upheld a great attitude to continue their work after i became available again. Jimi also made sure to keep me updated with his progress as he worked out the kinks of his assigned job.

I called Spartan after having nothing but an awful experience with another local highly recommended plumber. Jared came later the same day I called, spent half an hour looking things over and getting more information from me, and was able to fully diagnose the issue I’ve been having for months that said previous plumber just shrugged off. My pipes were completely filled with roots. Scheduled for the hydro jet service 2 days later. Jared again showed up, was a pleasure to work with and it may have taken 5 times to fully blast the roots from my pipes but he and new guy David got it done! And I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the work and effort they put in to helping me solve an extremely stressful problem.

Jerred and Nic were amazing to work with on my water softener leak They got to our house within an hour of our call. it was a bad one. They were able to offer me solutions without a high pressure sales pitch, and they showed me tiers of how we could fix things. They were patient with all my questions. They were kind, empathetic, and personable. I am so thankful they were available.
