Nick and Jerred were wonderful and fixed my kitchen sink quickly and with obvious skill. They diagnosed further issues and solved them on the spot, leaving us with a fully functioning system. They were professional and friendly even when my kid poured random questions at them. Would absolutely request them personally again.

It was unfortunate that my 15-year-old hot water heater decided to die. I've had Spartan plumbing, come out to my house 2 other times. This is the second time. Braden has been to my house and both this time and the last time where flawless work. Matt dropped off the water heater and assisted with the install. I now have a brand new hot water. Heater and all new brass and plumbing and even replace some of the gas lines. Both other appointments were a brand new main water, shut off and exterior faucets. I also had them replace all of the water lines going to each one of the toilets with all new handles and fixtures. Every time they come out is very professional, clean work. Tim with Spartan Plumbing did an excellent job on our water heater. He was on time, courteous, and extremely thorough. What stood out most was how clearly he explained the options and made sure the repair was done the right way, not just the quick way. If you need plumbing work done, I’d absolutely call Spartan Plumbing again and request Tim.

Braden was great. I drilled through a pipe and He was able to fit us in the same day and took great care of our plumbing issue. Gave us some quotes for additional work without being pushy and even gave me a couple of resources to help with the finishing work I was doing when I caused the initial problem. Highly recommend!!

Jerred and Nic were amazing to work with on my water softener leak They got to our house within an hour of our call. it was a bad one. They were able to offer me solutions without a high pressure sales pitch, and they showed me tiers of how we could fix things. They were patient with all my questions. They were kind, empathetic, and personable. I am so thankful they were available.

I had a representative come out today to analyze and make recommendations on plumbing issues. I'd had a period last winter with no heat, and it had caused several pipes to burst. Braden the technician who came out was not only knowledgeable, but also very professional and sympathetic to my plight. He examined the situation thoroughly and came up with several different solutions and quoted them, while explaining in detail. Robert the call coordinator was my first contact and was invaluable in getting Braden scheduled out to see the situation and offer assistance.. Dwight the scheduling manager was also able to make Braden available to start the following morning. I was impressed with the professionalism and teamwork by all who were able to pull this together. I can't wait to see the final product, but have no doubt I will be satisfied.

Taylor and Michael were excellent! Customer service was top notch! They came and did an annual inspection from follow up work done by Spartan in 2024. They were very thorough in their explanations of issues and the estimates. I had no questions - they answered them all. Two thumbs up for great work! Thank you!

Braden was super helpful, explained every step that needed done. He turned a frustrating situation into a calm experience. He wasnt pushy on which way to go financially when he presented me with options. The fact they recommend options was helpful. Had a follow up for a complete reinstall of a new tank, water softener and reverse osmosis under my sink. Austin and Aiden were so helpful and friendly. They answered every question I had and even explained to me how everything works when I asked. They were very thorough and didnt rush.

Tim was amazing. He tested my water and provided details on how my gasoline and regulator would be installed. Additionally, he explained the problem with the water softener and options to repair or replace. Very professional and knowledgeable. This is the 2nd job with Spartan Plumbing.
