My 13 year old car battery finally gave up the ghost! I found Kris to be thoroughly knowledgeable, honest and pleasant to discuss my needs for my car. He didn’t try to oversell, he gave me an honest evaluation of my needs, gave me a very good price and came to my bungalow within 2 hours. My display unit was blank and wouldn’t show remaining petrol, oil, current speed or mileage. Called the retailer for the car who couldn’t see us for 5 weeks. I called Kris at 6pm Wednesday and he was here at 11am Thursday. Display unit fixed in 90 minutes, text to say he was on his way, friendly guy and convenient as he came to the house. Reasonable price, fast, convenient and professional service.

Used Kris off the back of another five star review and more than happy to leave one myself! Prompt, effective, good value for money and convenient. Not words I’d normally use when getting my car fixed, but well deserved.

Kris was quick to attend, and extremely knowledgeable, diagnosed the issue and found the fault, to be able to present a suitable solution in a timely manner. Issue had been causing a few errors in disguise, no faults or niggles anymore. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again, although obviously hope it’s not needed!! Thanks again.

My old Peugeot developed a problem on Monday afternoon and i found Kris via an internet search. He attended at my home address and identified the problem quickly. The following day he returned to my house to repair my car quickly and efficiently. Found JM vehicle assist on line and after reading all the great reviews gave them a call to help with a failing batteries on my van. Great service from Kris - talked through the issue on the phone, he gave a clear quote based on the discussion, then came out to the house same day, keeping me upto date on his eta. Replaced batteries and gave advice for getting the best out of battery life in the future. Would definitely give Kris a call again if any issues. Thanks

Fantastic service from Kris, highly recommended!! Was round in less than 2 hours from calling to book in, very knowledgeable and also fitted some additional plastic trim plugs where some were missing in the engine bay! A** Thanks Kris!
