My 13 year old car battery finally gave up the ghost! I found Kris to be thoroughly knowledgeable, honest and pleasant to discuss my needs for my car. He didn’t try to oversell, he gave me an honest evaluation of my needs, gave me a very good price and came to my bungalow within 2 hours. He had the installation done quickly and with great respect to my car. Hopefully I won’t need a battery again anytime but if I do, JM Vehicle Assist will definitely get my business! Thank you!

My display unit was blank and wouldn’t show remaining petrol, oil, current speed or mileage. Called the retailer for the car who couldn’t see us for 5 weeks. I called Kris at 6pm Wednesday and he was here at 11am Thursday. Display unit fixed in 90 minutes, text to say he was on his way, friendly guy and convenient as he came to the house. Reasonable price, fast, convenient and professional service.
