I’ve been using Maikon and his pool service in Parkland for my pool cleaning, and the experience has been excellent. They show up consistently on schedule, the pool is always spotless, and the water chemistry is clearly balanced properly. Communication has been easy and professional. If I have a question, I get a quick response. Pricing is more than fair and straightforward with no surprises. It’s hard to find reliable service companies these days, and Maikon runs his business the right way. JM Pools have been amazing to work with. They totally redid our pool, all the pool equipment to bring it up to date and the decking. The communication was excellent and the result amazing. They also take care of our weekly service spending so much time on their visit to make sure that the pool is clean and the water at a safe level. Whenever we reach out with a question we are responded to quickly which always leaves us with the feeling that we are definitely working with the right company.
