We were lucky to find Berris of JLN. He arrived within the given window on a Saturday and did his best to be clean on a dirty job. He fixed the gas leak found by Embridge in the fireplace and restored our gas service to the home. Thank you. We will call you again.

A very professionally run HVAC contractor. Responded quickly to an online request, and came the next morning. His arrival was preceded by an IM which included his picture reconfirming the time. The work was done quickly and extremely well. A seamless experience. I wish all home services were this smooth. Well done!

Service was very good & quick. Technician was knowledgeable. The diagnostic fee is $130 which is waived if proceed with repair. Our Carrier air conditioner wasn’t going on and the technician found our capacitor had stopped working & recommended replacing it ($499). I proceeded with the repair but researching capacitor costs now I feel I was overcharged. Overall, good & quick service, but prices are high.

Felt that my A/C wasn't cooling the house so thought I should call someone in. Found JLN HVAC Solutions on Google search, read the reviews, checked the website where costs were identified and decided to call. A service man was to come between 3 and 5pm ( same day!!).. awesome,I thought, but let's just see if he does. Much to my delight, I got a text, with the service man's picture, to say he was on the way. Berris arrived on time, checked out the A/C, ran some tests, cleaned the unit, explained the tests and results to me. I am very impressed with his work, his manner, his efficiency and his suggestions for keeping my A/C unit in good working order.
