We were lucky to find Berris of JLN. He arrived within the given window on a Saturday and did his best to be clean on a dirty job. He fixed the gas leak found by Embridge in the fireplace and restored our gas service to the home. Thank you. We will call you again.

Service was very good & quick. Technician was knowledgeable. The diagnostic fee is $130 which is waived if proceed with repair. Our Carrier air conditioner wasn’t going on and the technician found our capacitor had stopped working & recommended replacing it ($499). I proceeded with the repair but researching capacitor costs now I feel I was overcharged. Overall, good & quick service, but prices are high.
