He was extremely professional, thorough, and attentive throughout the inspection. He took the time to explain everything clearly and offered helpful advice on how to prevent future issues. Our natural gas alarm went off last Saturday in the basement and we called Enbridge. Their technician checked the gas pipelines and in their report we had multiple areas with gas leaks. We contacted JLN on Sunday and Berris came for an inspection the same day. On Monday morning he came back with Adrian to get the job done, they even arrived a few minutes earlier than the 2-hour window given to me in the morning which was great. We are very pleased with this company, Berris is very professional and Adrian too. They stayed at home until everything was fixed according to the Enbridge report. The process was seamless and they wasted no time. Now they will be submitting to Enbridge the report showing that all the correction measures have been taken. We will definitely call them for any HVAC needs in the future !
